I opted a bigger room and it was really big. It is in a very quiet locality though very near to exciting market t. Nagar. The breakfast was tasty and on time. Geyser is available in the bathroom. Balcony is savior. A c works good. Manger and the staffs are very polite and helping. Hotel doesn't have restaurant but the staffs could arrange for food and tea quickly from nearby popular restaurants. The hotel have a stove so warming milk or water ain't a problem. They have kind of strict rules about check in and check out. 12pm to 12 pm as it is always busy with guests. I loved my stay there with my mother, she also enjoyed it. You must see the pictures on MMT it Goibibo before booking, because there furnitures are not modern at this hotel, but thats what make it feel like home. ~ vikash k

To be honest, I booked this property by accident, there is another Lloyds Serviced Apartments in a different part of town which is what I thought I was booking, keep that in mind. As for the rooms, they definitely feel more rundown than other budget properties I have stayed in over my month in south India BUT, once I got past that I realized, the rooms are very clean, bedding and towels are clean, all of the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay are provided, fan and AC work well, excellent hot water, something not to be taken for granted in budget hotels. Finally, the complementary breakfast, served in your room is very tasty, a great start for the day. Oh, and the staff is also great/ professional . So, I can recommend this hotel. ~ Joseph S

In Chennai eine ruhige und angenehme Unterkunft für wenig Geld. Lage ist sehr gut, da viele Restaurants und Café‘s in näherer Umgebung sich befinden. On 1st of March 2024, I have taken a room for three days. The hospitality of this Lyods Services Apartment hotel rooms is much welcoming to anyone who are new to the city. The rooms are neatly maintained and ventilated. There is a North Indian cook Mr.Madhu who can serve a decent meal and breakfast in the morning. To my surprise he speak Tamil as well. I felt like staying at home as long as I have stayed there. Affordable hotel room is situated in a decent locality next to Ministers house. I rate Lyods Hotel Rooms 4.7/5. AC, TV, and Hot water is available in the room. I wish people visit Lyods Serviced Apartments Rooms once and check themselves. ~ Veerendranath C

An absolutely delightful place to stay. The room was tidy and well-arranged. The environment was serene and tranquil, offering a peaceful retreat from the hectic pace of Chennai. I have stayed recently during my official trip and their manager had extended me full assistance right from my start of travel. Raj is a very courteous person and I could see the staff are extremely cooperative. It was raining heavily when I reached back that day from my duty and I must mentioned that they send a person to the car with an umbrella to help me. The care and service they have offered is extremely remarkable! The breakfast and food are pretty standard. Rooms are clean. I suggest improvement in toilets as they look little old and shabby, but maintained in an acceptable manner. I plan to stay further during my next trip soon ~ Chandra M

Lloyds is a home away from home as far as my experience is concerned. In 2014 I had booked as many as 10 rooms during my son's wedding. Since then I am a regular guest at this place. This time I stayed for about 9 days and I was very much impressed that apart from complimentary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was also served much to the liking and taste of me and my wife. Wonderful ambience. The rooms are neat and clean and well maintained. The staff are polite and well behaved. Mr. Pothiraj is an asset to the organisation. Rooms are quite nice and comfortable. Additional beds are provided incase of triple sharing as per the norms. Classic rooms are quite enough for couples and budget friendly. Morning breakfast is complimentary. Breakfast is of good taste. 24/7 room service available. Hospitality is good. Located at the center place and busstand and railway station are easily reachable. Excellent stay for a week. Didn't feel like I am staying in a hotel, it was like a home. Simple, tasty and homely breakfast. Whatever is asked is given without any hesitation at any time. Location is good. Everything near by. Very very budget friendly. One small suggestion- they should make the AC into spilt one because AC is making noises very now and then in the night which disturbs sleep.. Otherwise no regrets, no complaints. Five star place in Chennai for affordable price, close to shopping center and good restaurants. Everybody from the personal was very kind and helpful. Ganesh even took my sandal by bike to the nearest shoe repairer. I was so grateful! We liked it so much that we stayed one more night and decided to come back before we fly to Myanmar. Very consistent and great service from this apartment, I usually prefer to stay here when in the area. The location is in t nagar, but the road itself is peaceful. Service is friendly, prompt, and professional. The kitchen is functional for breakfast and dinner, and I always find the food very tasty. It’s just like home cooked food. Most importantly, the rooms and bathrooms are neatly maintained. Overall, all of my stays in this here have been very peaceful and pleasant. ~ Naveena K

A cosy hotel with good facilities, located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to market ,banks and hospital.Pondy bazar and Teynampet metro is only a few minutes walk.The manager Mr Pothiraj is a well mannered man and always alert to guests comfortable stay.Mr Ranjan the cook provided us with tasty meals.The other staff Rinku and Babu has also done their jobs well.Overall I had a good stay at this hotel. ~ Surajit A

Thebplacr was clean. Very functional and very efficient. Right from checkin to check out - the manger Pothiraj took care of me and my family very well. Breakfast is great and the rooms are clean. Clean sheets, clean bathrooms and clean towels. The location is close by to pondy bazaar yet in a quiet peaceful lane. As an outset I would like to say that stay at Llyods Guest house is like staying in home. Neately maintained. Specifically the manager Mr. Pothuraj is very cordial and highly helpful. Stayed for 3 days..The rooms were clean and neat. The service was excellent and the manager Mr Raj went out of his way to help me in booking cabs and other helps in guiding me in a new place.. The food provided was good and the staff seems to be well trained to cater to the guests needs. Located on the parallel road behind the busy shopping area of Pondy Bazaar this place has great access to all parts of Chennai. The property is well maintained and clean. We stayed in their deluxe room for a day at Lloyds Southbough T Nagar in June 2024. We always prefer this property in Chennai for its fantastic location, good staff, Mr. Pothiraj the manager is very helpful as always, tasty breakfast included. Only improvement would be the air conditioner which is noisy. They can change to split AC to address this issue. ~ V V
